Back again...

I've been off this blog for a while but if you check out The Run Factor, you can see a little of what I have been up to. Running is one of my passions, in case I haven't made it clear. I don't know why and many think I am sick in the head. I sometimes think that of myself, but I find a lot in running that I just can't find anywhere else...

Challenge, relaxation, exhilaration, a social outlet, my own solitude...a parallel to life itself.

Not much is new on the personal front. Looking for opportunities and trying to find life's calling. Enjoying the family and watching the kids grow. I keep promising myself, I'll write more...but I need to work on that. Time management is an ongoing thing I deal with....
