Dude named Matt...Part Deux!

So Matt quit the other day...what a pussy! A few obstacles get in the way and you can either hit them head on or run...he ran.

I read a great saying once...."When life throws me a curve...I charge the mound!" I like it....pretty damn creative. Matt on the other hand, ran back to the dugout. Our company can be tough...I mean really tough, but you need to take a few licks when you are the new kid in town.

Maybe I am getting old but I truly think its a generational thing. The 20 somethings all think the world owes them everything and that you don't have to work for much. Maybe it was how I was raised, but hard work used to mean something.

He's a good guy...nothing against him personally, but if he wants sales to be his thing....rejection 101 is the class he should take!
